Domenico expresses himself not only through food and dance, but also through his passion for music and art. He is a lover of people and life, the people whom he inter-acts with and inspire him and he finds himself engaged with in business as well as pleasure. 

His idea is to bring his love for his esthetics in art to the table together with all of his passion. His recent meeting with artist Francesco Cafiso is the beginning of a new passionate enterprise together. Francesco an Italian artist of many talents is known for his many artistic talents working with glass and traditional mosaic.  

Their partnership is based on their passion for their folkloric culture, music, food and art.
